Extensive remodel of a 1911 farmhouse executed to maintain the original characterisitics of the structure and detailing. The house was raised to accommodate for a new foundation and a 625 square foot full-height basement with an exterior enterance. An additional 938 square feet was added to provide for a family room and master suite.
